The major difference is the SDR (USRP X310) backed Wi-Fi communication. USRP X310 doesn’t have an on-board 802.11 frame decoding/generation logic. To enable the demonstrated communication, we embed a high-performance software implementation of 802.11a/g/n/ac/ax.
